Ned Cooper is a character on No, You Shut Up!.
Ned Cooper is a grouper and science "edutatiner" who, à la "Bill Nye the Science Guy," is nicknamed "The Science Grouper" in Kermit's role. He was first appeared at the end of the second season of the show.
His puppet, sans glasses and shirt-and-tie, was used for the Glow-Worm routine when it was included for the July 2023 Puppet Up! shows.
