A glasses wearing turtle is one of the many recurring characters from Puppet Up! - Uncensored. He has no consistent performer, and his role will change often with every show.

The turtle puppet had been previously used in a variety of Henson Company productions, including Jim Henson's Animal Show as Penelope the Yellow-Footed Tortoise, in Bear in the Big Blue House as Jeremiah Tortoise, and in the 2002 direct-to-video movie Kermit's Swamp Years.

In the Puppet Up! television special, the turtle was performed by Tyler Bunch.
